Has anybody else filled out a support ticket lately? I asked a question about 5 days ago, and haven't received a reply yet. It used to be a 1-2 day turnaround, so I'm wondering does it just take longer now or should I resubmit the ticket?

I haven't had to open a support ticket in a long time so I'm really not sure what the standard response time is. I'm also not really doing the business that I once used to. I pop in to do some crafting and run my old main around a bit doing daily solo quests is about it.
Anything new and exciting with the Halas expansion?

You mean Sentinel's Fate (the expansion), or Halas the low level city they added in a GU?

The Halas thing, I rarely roll new characters and I'm not raiding right now so I can't see the new raid zones either. I'm not sure if there is anything else I should know about.

Solo wise the Halas GU included a lot of new solo quests in Stonebrunt and I think in Sundered too.
Raid wise it brought two new instances, one meant to be easier than the other raid instances with lower stat gear, and the other suppose to be progressively harder mobs to really keep those 'on the edge' guilds busy trying to beat the next new raid mob.
If you meant the expansion itself - it added a lot of solo quests, and group instances. I think the group instances are good - as you progress through the tiers of difficulty getting geared up at first one will feel just right for you, you get gear from it, and suddenly the next one that felt impossible is doable but really hard. You gear up a little more from that, and suddenly it's easy and the next one up that seemed impossible is now within reach. If you started off with raid gear already from TSO your opinion might be a little different - they kind of 'jumped' over a lot of it and found most instances too easy.

They never did answer it. Is it possible they are no longer answering support tickets?

Did you ever get an answer? Running into the same thing. the email isnt a game breaking request for help, but still it is a CS ticket that should get an answer.

No, and resubmitting probably won't help you either. It seems they no longer monitor the support tickets.

I bet it is one overworked guy left. He has to ignore requests and take care of the money involved issues. I think livegamer is about done with the player to player business model.
Sad, I actually thought livegamer was a company that cared enough to communicate. Just a smoke screen it looks.
