I went to cancel an auction that had been up a short time, and it brought up a screen telling me it was going to charge me $0.00 cancellation fee (never seen that before). I hit Confirm, and then it tells me error it can't charge me (Paypal probably rejects $0.00 as a valid amount) but then it also claimed it therefore couldn't cancel the auction either.
